WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Wild have traded a draft pick to the Everett Silvertips ahead of the 2026 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft, according to an announcement Thursday from the Western Hockey League club.
Under the trade, Everett will receive Wenatchee’s second-round selection in the 2026 CHL Import Draft. In return, the Wild will receive Everett’s sixth-round pick in the 2030 WHL Prospects Draft.
The Wild said the organization expects all three of its import players from the 2025-26 season to return for the 2026-27 campaign and does not anticipate using any of its allotted selections in this year’s import draft.
The 2026 CHL Import Draft is scheduled to be held later this year and allows Canadian Hockey League clubs to select eligible international players.
