Posted

WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee School District is accepting kindergarten registration for the 2026-27 school year.

Children who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 31 are eligible to enroll at neighborhood elementary schools and Valley Academy, according to a district press release issued March 11.

Parents may register online through the Wenatchee School District website or complete a paper application at their neighborhood elementary school or the district office.

The district said families must provide several documents during registration, including a Certificate of Immunization Status, a birth certificate, proof of address such as a utility or rent bill, and emergency contact information for two individuals.

Parents of children already enrolled in the district’s preschool or Transition to Kindergarten programs only need to submit updated immunization records and proof of residency, according to the release.

Additional information about enrollment requirements and registration is available on the Wenatchee School District website.
