LEAVENWORTH — The Marlin Handbell Ringers have announced their 2025 holiday concert schedule, offering audiences across North Central Washington an opportunity to experience the sound of more than 100 English handbells performing classic seasonal music.

The community ensemble will present well-known favorites including “Ding Dong Merrily on High,” “Silver Bells,” “The First Noel” and “Deck the Halls.” Each performance will conclude with an audience sing-along.

Concerts this season include:

  • Sunday, Dec. 14, 3 p.m. — A Marlin Handbell Christmas at George Community Hall. Admission is free with a food bank donation.

  • Tuesday, Dec. 16, 7 p.m. — A Marlin Handbell Christmas at Celebration Lutheran Church, East Wenatchee. Admission by donation.

The Marlin Handbell Ringers, a nonprofit community music group, have performed in the region for 45 years. Formed in 1979 to help promote Leavenworth’s Bavarian theme, the group includes 10 ringers and 108 English handbells. They perform annually in December and May throughout North Central Washington and are seeking new members, particularly individuals able to ring the larger bells.
