Manson Community Library board seeks voters for two open positions

MANSON - The Manson Community Library is calling for community members to cast their votes for two open positions on its governing board.

Four candidates are competing for the two positions, which carry three-year terms on the seven-member board. The positions will become vacant when the current members' terms expire at the end of April.

Voting will be conducted at the library from April 1 through April 10 during regular business hours. The library is open Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Thursdays through Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Only registered voters residing within the Manson school district boundaries are eligible to participate in the election.

The board typically convenes on the second Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m.
