CHELAN — The Lake Chelan Car Club will host the 15th annual Fall Into Lake Chelan Car Show on Friday and Saturday, September 5–6.
The event, originally founded by former Chelan Mayor Bob Goedde, is now organized by the Car Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Proceeds from the show fund scholarships for Chelan and Manson High School students pursuing careers in the trades — including auto repair, welding, nursing, and dental hygiene, among others.
Pre-registration is $30 and will be available from 4–7 p.m. on Friday, September 5, at Endless Orchard (203 Bighorn Way, Chelan). Registration on the day of the event is $35. Friday’s pre-registration cruise-in party will also feature music from a DJ and a taco bar.
On Saturday, Sep 6, the car show kicks off at 8 a.m. in Riverwalk Park in downtown Chelan. This open show welcomes all makes, models, and years of vehicles. Attendees can enjoy a 50/50 drawing, raffle prizes, a DJ playing classic hits, and a poker walk with awards for first and second place.
The day concludes with trophy presentations at 3 p.m.
