“The real estate market in 2025 continued to test our resilience as we navigated another year of low transaction volume and ongoing challenges for both buyers and sellers. I remain incredibly proud of our team’s commitment to serving our clients through these difficult times and I’m so grateful for their dedication and professionalism,” said Adam Rynd, owner and designated broker.

“Our team size grew by 45% in 2025 as we added offices in Oroville and Yakima, in addition to recruiting new amazing professionals to our legacy offices. We even saw several veterans return home to our Coldwell Banker Cascade team. I’m very proud of everyone in our firm – especially those who achieved an award based on their sales success.”

The firm also expanded its property management services in 2025. It now offers property management in the Lake Chelan Valley, Klickitat County, Okanogan County and the Wenatchee Valley. Next Level Property Management in Oroville joined the firm to expand services, adding several major complexes and numerous single-family residential units under management during the year.

In addition to business growth, the company continued its community giving program, contributing nearly $30,000 to Central Washington nonprofits in 2025. Contributions and in-kind donations supported food banks, affordable housing groups, schools, libraries and organizations focused on children and community development.

“I’m proud of our team’s continued support for the many non-profit organizations that need our assistance. We added several new beneficiaries last year and will see new community contributions in Oroville and Yakima in the year ahead,” Rynd said.

Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate provides brokerage services for residential homes, waterfront properties, acreage, farms, ranches, condominiums, building lots, new developments, commercial real estate, long-term rentals and property management services.
