CHELAN — The Chelan County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying three suspects and a vehicle believed to be connected to a series of burglaries targeting seven businesses in Chelan over the weekend.
According to an Oct. 14 news release, the burglaries occurred during the evening of Friday, Oct. 9, and the early morning hours of Saturday, Oct. 10.
Investigators said surveillance cameras captured suspects inside and around several businesses along East Woodin Avenue.
Deputies believe the individuals used an area near the intersection of Nixon Street and North Columbia Street as a staging location, entering and leaving the area during the incidents.
The Sheriff's Office released several surveillance images showing individuals wearing hooded sweatshirts and carrying bags or other items. The images include footage from inside a business and outdoor security cameras.
Investigators are seeking information that could help identify the three suspects and a vehicle potentially associated with the burglaries.
Authorities are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who witnessed suspicious activity near East Woodin Avenue, Nixon Street or North Columbia Street during the period when the burglaries occurred.
Deputies are also requesting surveillance footage, dash camera recordings or other video that may have captured the suspects or a vehicle connected to the incidents.
The Sheriff's Office did not identify the seven businesses involved or provide information about the value of stolen property or damage resulting from the burglaries.
No arrests were announced in the Oct. 14 release.
Anyone with information about the burglaries or relevant video footage is asked to contact the Chelan County Sheriff's Office through the RiverCom nonemergency dispatch line at 509-663-9911.
