Lake Chelan Chamber honors top businesses at annual awards dinner

CHELAN — The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce honored local businesses and organizations at its annual awards dinner on September 27.

The event, held at the Cider Press in Manson, brought together community leaders, business owners, and residents to recognize achievements in the Lake Chelan Valley.

Apple Cup Cafe was named Business of the Year. The restaurant is currently operating from a temporary location at the Lake Chelan Community Center after a fire damaged its main premises.

VonHart Goods received the New Business of the Year award. The company has gained attention for its product offerings and approach to community engagement.

Chelan Valley Hope was named Non-Profit of the Year for its community support and advocacy efforts.

Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Mike Steele said, "We are thrilled to recognize these outstanding organizations and individuals who contribute so much to our community. Their hard work and dedication inspire us all and strengthen the fabric of the Lake Chelan community."

Apple Cup Cafe catered the awards dinner, which provided attendees with opportunities to network and celebrate local business achievements.

The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce, established in 1931, serves nearly 500 members. Its stated mission is to drive economic growth through leadership, advocacy, and promotion to enhance the quality of life in the Lake Chelan area.

The annual Awards Dinner recognizes local businesses and organizations that contribute to community development in the Lake Chelan region.
