In loving memory of James “Jim” H. Tidwell.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim.
He was born in Leavenworth, WA, to James Tidwell & Carol “Jean” Alfaro. Jim grew up in the Peshatin area and has lived in the Eastern WA area most of his life.
He is survived by his mom Jean, beloved children JR and Jacob Kiehne, daughter-in-law Regan, and grandchildren Joben, Jamen, Jeven, Gisselle, Jhovanni, Raquel, and Jacobi. He also leaves behind his brother Gus, sisters Carol, Wanda, Marlene, and Janine, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and his best friend Mokey.
Jim was preceded in death by his father James Tidwell, grandparents, sister-in-law Mona Tidwell, nephews Marcos & Blaize, and his beloved DOG.
He had a passion for cooking, fishing, and crafting his own unique knives. He was also an avid collector of unusual and distinctive treasures. He was known for always having a witty joke and was a great storyteller. Growing up in the area he had a love for the mountains and being outdoors with his best friend Mokey. He loved to spend time with family and friends.
His absence will leave a profound void, and we are grateful for the time we were able to share with him. He was deeply loved by all and will remain in our hearts.
A celebration of life will be held on June 14, 2025, at 11:00 am at Walla Walla Point Park, Wenatchee, WA
