County road crews work on Lakeshore, Stemilt Loop, Mission Creek roads this week

Chelan County Public Works crews will be working on roads around the county this week. Drivers should expect one-lane, flagger-controlled traffic with minor delays.

• Chelan: brushing on South Lakeshore Road
• Wenatchee: ditching on Stemilt Loop and Joe Miller roads
• Cashmere: crack sealing Monday, Oct. 12, on Mission Creek Road near milepost 4.5
• Leavenworth: crack sealing on Chumstick Highway starting Tuesday, Oct. 13, from the top of Beaver Hill toward Leavenworth, plus brushing and ditching

Sand Creek Road, where work has been underway, is expected to reopen early this week, the county said.
